My great great grandmother was Lydia Runacus, daughter of Benjamin and Honor
(Bolton).  Born in Suffolk, Lydia moved to London with her widowed mother 
before moving back to Norfolk where she had her first child, and then 
(possibly via London) to Liverpool.  She was joined later in Liverpool by her 
mother, her daughter and her brother and his family.  It is such an unusual 
name, I decided to find out a bit more about them.  There is only a fraction 
of the information currently uploaded - lots more to come, so check back

There is a lot of confusion about spellings.  Some individuals spell their name
differently in each census, and each time they have a child christened!  There
may still be some errors - if you find any, please tell me.  This has proved
extremely complicated. It seemed like a good idea last summer!
